The turnaround time for orders begins after we've received approval of the mock-up and payment for the invoice. Turnaround time is 15-20 business days. It is important to note that shipping times vary based on shirt distributors.
Orders must be paid in full before printing will begin unless otherwise approved by Ink Forest. If you pay via personal or business check, the turnaround time begins once the check has cleared.
Credit or debit cards will be processed through Square. All information is immediately destroyed upon the approval of the transaction. If you would like Ink Forest to keep your card information on hand we require you put your request in writing.
Quality printing requires quality artwork. All files must have a resolution of 300 DPI or be saved in vector format. The design should be sent in the size you would like the physical print to appear. All text must be converted to outlines. Ink Forest is not responsible for any misspellings, errors, or issues in your art file. We do our best to catch these errors and point them out to you, but we may not catch them all. If it is in your art file and you've approved our mock-up, that is how your print will appear.
All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, size, placement of the art and the accuracy of the artwork by the client. It is very important to look over every detail of the mock-up, as this is how your garments will print. Ink Forest will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after the artwork approval. Any modifications requested after client approval will result in production delays and could require additional expenses. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mock-up could result in production delays.
